accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Any such claim or controversy shall be arbitrated on an individual
basis and shall not be consolidated with a claim of any other party.

injunctive relief in State or Federal courts for protection of

in Benton County, Arkansas. The arbitration shall be conducted in
Benton County, Arkansas, and judgment on the arbitration award may
be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof. Either you or
CopyrightCop.com may seek any interim or preliminary
relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in Benton County
Arkansas necessary to protect the rights or property of you or
CopyrightCop.com pending the completion of arbitration. Our
failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not
waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar
breaches. Any dispute you may have with respect to this Site must be
commenced within one year after it arises, or the cause of action is
